CHINA - DAOGUANG Period (1821 - 1850) Large lenticular porcelain box, decorated in polychrome enamels and gold, called the Hundred Children, a procession of young boys making a cloth dragon and other animals dance in front of a temple near a flowering tree. The sides are decorated with reserves with bat motifs among stylized lotuses interlaced with foliage on a turquoise background. Apocryphal mark of Qianlong. (Wear, chips, restoration on the lower part of the box). Diam.35 cm.
