In the first one, the author gives details on the slavery legislation and on the condition of slaves in the French colonies, of which he The number of people, men and women, subjected to the most cruel and degrading forms of slavery is 270,000. The bulletin was published at irregular intervals in 19 fascicles from 1835 to 1844, when he was relegated by the French Abolitionist (1844-1850) (cf. Hatin, p. 422). It is found there, in n°2, 3 and 7, studies by the journalist François de Montrol on the emancipation of slaves. Mention of second edition on the title of the first fascicle, 24 pages are missing at the beginning of the fifth.
