These pieces include: Arrest and Letters Patent... ordering that the Half Wines, Refusal Wines, Piquettes, & Other Beverages Clear, will pay the Entrance Fees in the places where they are collected [...]. Paris, Prault, 1742. - Letters patent on arrest, concerning the Louveterie. From March 8, 1742. - Arrest and letters patent... which order that those who make Eaux-de-Vie arrive from Foreign Countries... will pay for it retail rights... on pain of forfeiture & 100 pounds fine. Paris, Prault, 1743. - Déclaration du roy, concernant la peine des Galleys that must be pronounced against False Suckers, False Takers, & other Smugglers. Given at Versailles on February 15, 1744. - Letters patent on arrest, concerning the Commerce of the Isles Françoises.
