French violin bow made by MORIZOT frères, circa 1950. Mounted in ebony/silver, bearing the iron mark of Laberte. Round stick in brown/red Pernambuco wood, 72.9cm long. Ebony/silver frog, rimmed grains, two-piece silver heel with two pins, slightly bevelled edges, silver slide with two pins. Solid silver button with double equal grooves, pinned once. Good condition, 63.9 grs with wick and fittings. Nice example of the production of the Morizot brothers.
