Two 19th century lady's boxes: - rectangular in wood, the domed lid decorated with small nails forming palmettes and rows of pearls, the center and the keyhole decorated with mother-of-pearl. A mirror on the inside of the lid. The interior presents a removable tray covered with velvet where are present : - a mother-of-pearl needle holder simulating a quiver, the face decorated with an enamelled pansy - a punch, the mother-of-pearl grip - a pair of scissors decorated with two signs (a finger loop broken) - two mother-of-pearl wire rosettes - a mother-of-pearl thread holder - a mother-of-pearl thread spool - a bottle of salt in cut crystal Velvet picks with roses decoration. A mother-of-pearl needle-holder with floral decoration is brought back. 20.40x8.50x5.80 cm - With its key. - Rectangular wooden box painted with flowers (wear), a mirror on the inside of the lid (to be glued back). The interior has a removable tray covered with velvet where there is a hallmark (the mother-of-pearl grip showing a helmeted soldier) and a cut crystal salt bottle; the other elements are missing. 25.40x9x6.50 cm - Without its key, two feet missing.
