Dufour, n°250 - In French in the text, n°164. First edition, with 13 folding plates of engraved music. The last work published by Rousseau, the Dictionnaire de musique is also the work to which the author devoted the most time to its writing, since it was spread over sixteen years, from 1749 to 1764 (cf.
