Paris, Buisson, years 1782 to 1795. 18 volumes in-12, marbled basane, smooth spine decorated (Binding of the time). Sgard, n°168. Important periodical published from 1782 to 1826, of which it is very rare to find complete collections. An important part of this journal concerns gastronomy and beverages, in particular wine. Together 14 years in 18 volumes uniformly bound at the end of the 18th century, the first 8, from 1782 to the Revolution, being complete in 12 volumes; the other 6 volumes are for the years 1790 to 1795 (1790: volume I; 1791: volume II; 1792: volume I). Illustrated with 41 folding plates engraved in intaglio, and a folding table (in volume I of the year 1792). Some volumes are in third, fifth or sixth edition. Wet stamp on the titles. Some foxing. Mottling to some volumes, especially to volume I of 1787 and to volume II of 1789 which are very wet with traces of mould (the plates of the 1787 volume are detached and heavily damaged). The title and tomes have been erased on the back of one volume.
