Profession of faith and denunciation of his enemies, the slavers. "I know that I am gathering burning firebrands on my head, but I do not fear them. They will be deposited for me at the tribunal of the supreme being who will judge us all one day. It is there that I will make appear the militia of the unhappy ones that you have martialed, that I wanted to save from your rage, it is there that my pure conscience will appear with discovered, it is there that one will read with discovered and the movements of greed which dictated your rage, eh! that you will have to show the prison with which you poisoned these unhappy ones, your whips your chains ". Two P.A.S., July 13, 1784 and July 27, 1792 are attached; and a P.S., November 15, 1789, printed circular conscerning the procedure against the prince of Lambesc, co-signed by Agier, Garran de Coulont, Oudart, Perron.
