GIRONDINS. 6 prints, May-October 1793 (mostly in-4); and 3 P.S. by conventioneers, [December 1794-March 1795]; 1 page in-fol. each with vignette and letterhead of the National Convention, seals under paper. 5 Decrees of the National Convention: May 31, which suppresses the Commission of Twelve; fixes August 10 next, a general Federation & republicans, & determines the measures to be taken for the safety of the people & properties, & the maintenance of the public tranquility; June 2, which puts under arrest various Members of the National Convention (2 ex. of which one is bound); July 28, Which declares several Deputies of the National Convention traitors to the Fatherland, and brings charges against several others; October 3, Which brings several of its Members before the Revolutionary Court, and arrests others. Becker, Boucher-Sauveur and Daunou, to stop the prosecution by the courts of the deputies named in the decrees of July 28 and October 3, 1793; 18 ventôse III (March 8, 1795), decree signed by Bailly, Enjubault and Marragon, recalling the deputies who had been proscribed; 19 ventôse III (March 9, 1795), decree signed by the same three, ordering the examination by the Committee of General Security of "the conduct of the leaders and authors of the insurrection of May 31st"...
