Chazal said to him "that you wish to have razors made with the steel which the Commission has just made in France, I hasten to send you a case which contains two of them. I wish that you are satisfied and that their service justifies the efforts which the Commission makes for the perfection of the steel mills in France".Autograph note of Cambaceres in margin, draft of his answer: "I received citoien the two razors which you have just addressed to me and of which my collegue Chazal had announced me the sending.
