Without the map announced on the title: however, this does not appear to have been inserted in the volume at the time of publication, as the notice on the verso of the title specifies that the map will only appear in three months' time, and that persons who, before that time, have purchased Post Office Books may, by means of the Voucher which will be given to them [...] claim the Map in March.
