Wool velvet on cotton backing. Minor wear in the corner and part of the carpet sunburned. Density approx. 5,000 to 5,500 knots per dm2. Cherry field with polychrome geometric floral design adorned with a large, central, cruciform, multicolored star-shaped floral medallion. Four spandrels echo the central medallion, triple borders, the main one in midnight blue with geometrically stylized turtle shells.
