Very rare first edition of this work attributed to Du Vaucel, grand maître des Eaux et Forêts du département de Paris. The work, printed in a small number, is divided into five parts, several of which deal with hunting and are not found elsewhere (Thiébaud, col. 325-326). Engraved armorial bookplate of Lord Monson, Burton Library. Hinges rebound.
