MANUSCRIT. - Recueil de Procès-Verbaux et autres différentes [sic] actes et instructions sur les aydes. - Extract from the aydes ordinance. Tome premier. Chatellerault, 1747. Small manuscript in-4 (185 x 115 mm) of 185 and 114 pages, stiff vellum, red edges (Binding of the period). Eighteenth-century manuscript divided into two parts. The first (185 pages) opens with sample summonses and contains official reports (false declaration and fraud in respect of the annual duty, fraud by a butcher's inspector, muchepot of brandy, etc.); the second, in 114 pages, contains the various articles of official texts on aids from 1680 to 1746. Handwritten bookplate and period markings on upper flyleaf and first endpaper, one of which reads À Chatellerault ce 15 octobre 1757. Ink a little faded on several pages. Small tears in the vellum.
