Anker SPANG-LARSEN (1917-2003). Untitled, portrait of a mannequin. Vintage silver print mounted on card. On verso, stamp and label with typed annotations: "These two years are a hole through which my life gapes and sinks indefinitely, a breach in consciousness, a scar on memory. I want to forget them, bury them. I no longer want hatred, patience, tears or despair for you. I don't want to recognize you anymore. Paris smells of chalk, love, suffocates me.
