Anker SPANG-LARSEN (1917-2003). Untitled, portrait of a mannequin from behind with a necklace. Vintage silver print mounted on card. On verso, stamp and label with typed annotations "The rays start from the book, from the heart of the book, and plant themselves around you like knives on a white wall where I pin you for perpetual adoration, photo that lies, photo that dies and tears above my deathbed. The wall behind is admirable, and I cry and put my head there: you are entering eternity". Visual format approx. 28.5 x 24.5 cm; full format approx. 35 x 30 cm. Mounted with cornices.
