Editions Joseph Forest, Paris, 1961. Printed in an edition of 197 numbered copies, n°12 of 25 on Vélin d'Arches. Accompanied by a suite on Rives of 30 hors-texte engravings and two original drypoint copper-engraved illustrations by Bernard Buffet. In a red cloth-covered slipcase (a few tears). Author, illustrator, title and editions stamped in gold on the edge (missing).
