FRENCH SCHOOL First third of the 19th century Portrait of a man in white shirt, tie and vest in a blue frock coat. Round miniature. Gilded and chased metal border. Diam. 8 cm Stained wood frame (15 x 14.3 cm) On the reverse, a handwritten label in pen: Etienne Louis Ducloux son of Léonard André and Madeleine Isoot Etienne Louis Ducloux (1765-1847), son of Léonard André Ducloux, iron merchant. Member of the Comité provisoire d'administration, national commissioner and judge of the Geneva Revolutionary Court.
