GRACIA R/ R.Sicile - Processional cross - in Greek in the field: IC - XC NI-KA under 2 Omegas. Soler et Llach report another known example with the same corners - see Biaggi - 1284, MIR SICILIA 145-1 and Friedberg 653a for the reverse. - Appears to be unpublished - Weight unknown as coin inserted in a PCGS "SLAB", graded at 58.
