Important periodical published from 1782 to 1826, of which it is very rare to find complete collections.
An important part of this journal concerns gastronomy and beverages, particularly wine.
Together 14 years in 18 uniformly bound volumes at the end of the 18th century, the first 8, from 1782 to the Revolution, being complete in 12 volumes; the remaining 6 volumes are for the years 1790 to 1795 (1790: tome I; 1791: tome II; 1792: tome I).
Illustrated with 41 intaglio engraved folding plates, and a folding table (in volume I for 1792).
Some volumes in third, fifth or sixth edition. Wet stamp on titles.
Some foxing. Mottling in some volumes, especially volume I of 1787 and volume II of 1789, which are very wet with traces of mildew (the plates of the 1787 volume are detached and badly damaged). Title and tomation erased from the spine of one volume.
