Model 1845 infantry officer's saber. Bronze mounting, chased crown cap, fillet joint arch, flower-decorated openwork top, drop-shaped quillon. Horn spindle, watermark missing. Slightly curved blade with groove and gutter marked "Klingenthal". Leather scabbard with three brass fittings (accidents). Total length: 90.5 cm. France, Second Empire period.
