b). SAS Déchaut Stetten & Associés designates stones modified by other processes, by the name of the stone, followed by the mention "treated" or by the indication of the treatment undergone. Stones not accompanied by certificates or attestations from Laboratories have been estimated by S.A.S Déchaut Stetten & Associés taking into account possible modifications of paragraph a).

S.A.S Déchaut Stetten & Associés is at the disposal of the buyers for any further information concerning the different types of existing treatments. Identification techniques and analytical conclusions concerning the origin and classification of stones and pearls may vary from one laboratory to another. Consequently, it is possible to obtain, in some cases, a different result depending on the laboratories consulted.

c). The circulation of Burmese rubies and / or jades is now free, in the United States in the same way as in the European Union.
