Édouard Léon CHAPELLE (Édouard Eugène Victor CHAPELLE dit, 1887 - 1968) Album of drawings of lighting fixtures, some enhanced with color. History: Edouard Léon Chapelle was an ironworker from Nancy, whose work is distinguished by the production of animal sculptures incorporating blown glass, created between 1925 and 1935. He notably collaborated with Lorraine glassmakers such as the Muller brothers and André Delatte. Provenance: former Édouard Léon Chapelle collection; now in the family.
